Instead, it’s about McDonald’s culture. The previous CEO was removed after an indiscretion and it seems a culture has emerged that is both undesirable and not producing the right business results. Boeing, is also dealing with its culture issues. This proves yet again that no matter how big or successful you are, if you don’t manage the culture as a priority, undesirable things happen.
