Survive! Companies are busy dealing with the crisis and that’s good. But we should also look at reinventing the business. Strike out into blue ocean territory, design your own paradigm shift.
Good companies will rebound from this crisis with the ability to take their place in the ‘new normal’ when that emerges. Better companies will focus on the ‘new’ in the new normal.
Consider this question. What is it that cannot be done in your business currently but if it were achievable, it could place the business in a category of one?
While most focus on the crisis and survival, give yourself permission, time, and space to create; reinvent. Why not?
