    Gathering information, analyzing the facts, and deciding on the appropriate solution to the problem is key to decision-making.
  2. Strong Results Orientation.
    After communicating a vision and setting objectives, following through to achieve results emphasizes the importance of efficiency and productivity.
  3. Welcomes Various Perspectives.
    Monitoring trends affecting organisations, grasping changes in the environment, and encouraging employees to contribute ideas allow leaders to make decisions based on sound analysis and avoid biases.
  4. Supportive of Others.
    Leaders who show sincere interest in those around them build trust and inspire and help colleagues to overcome challenges. They intervene in team work to promote organisational efficiency, thereby preventing internal conflict.

Leadership competencies must be defined. You also need to ensure that they are specifically tailored to your organisation’s needs. Use clearly developed competencies to inspire leadership training, moving everybody forward with the end in mind.
